Welcome to LFS Marketing. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services Provided

LFS Marketing provides website design, hosting, domain registration, marketing, and related digital services. All services are delivered digitally.

2. Website Package

The One-Page Website package includes website design, domain registration, and 3 months of hosting. After 3 months, hosting continues at $30 per month unless canceled.

3. Payments & Refunds

• All payments are due in advance before work begins.
• Due to the custom nature of digital services, all sales are final once work has started.
• No refunds are issued for completed or partially completed work.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate and complete business information, content, and any required materials necessary to complete the website.

5. Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included within the scope of the purchased package. Major changes or additional pages may require additional fees.

6. Hosting & Domain

LFS Marketing manages hosting and domain registration during the service period. Clients may transfer their site to another provider if they choose.

7. Limitation of Liability

LFS Marketing is not responsible for business losses, downtime, or lost profits resulting from website use or marketing performance.

8. Termination

Services may be terminated for non-payment, abusive behavior, or violation of these terms.

9. Changes to Terms

LFS Marketing may update these terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
